1. Information we collect
- Account information, such as name/email and account identifier, from sign-in providers (including Google) and our auth system.
- Workspace content you create, including app copy, support text, privacy/terms drafts, and uploaded images.
- Billing data needed to manage subscriptions, such as subscription status and product identifiers. Payment card details are processed by Polar, not stored by MyAppDeck.
- Waitlist details if you submit the waitlist form, including email, source, referrer, and browser user-agent.
- Security/anti-abuse signals, including Cloudflare Turnstile verification data. IP address may be sent to Turnstile for verification.
2. How we use information
- Provide and operate MyAppDeck features.
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Host and publish pages you choose to make public.
- Process subscriptions and account access controls.
- Prevent abuse, spam, and fraud.
- Provide customer support and product communications.
3. Google user data
When you sign in with Google, we use Google account data only for authentication, account access, and account management. We do not sell Google user data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We share data with service providers that help run MyAppDeck, including Convex (infrastructure/database), Google (auth), Polar (billing), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), and OpenAI (legal draft generation when that feature is used).
If you publish a page, the content on that page becomes publicly accessible.
5. Data retention
We keep account/workspace data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
6. Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data. For privacy requests, contact us via @adityacchawla.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
8. Children's privacy
MyAppDeck is intended for developers and businesses, not children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
