You are responsible for activity on your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials. We may suspend access to protect the service or comply with legal obligations.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant MyAppDeck a limited license to host, process, and display that content to operate the service. Content you publish is publicly accessible.
4. Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are processed via Polar. Pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout and in your billing portal.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Violating applicable law or third-party rights.
- Publishing malware, spam, or abusive content.
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Interfering with service performance or availability.
6. Generated legal text
MyAppDeck may generate draft legal text from your inputs. This is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice.
7. Third-party services
MyAppDeck depends on third-party providers, including Convex, Google authentication, Polar billing, Cloudflare Turnstile, and OpenAI. Your use of those features may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAppDeck will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
10. Termination
You may stop using MyAppDeck at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms over time. Continued use of MyAppDeck after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
